I love my job! I teach Nutrition and Wellness classes to teenagers at Keller High School in Keller, Texas. Even better than that…during the semester, I have the opportunity to introduce my students to Fast Easy Bread! As their favorite lab of the course, the teens enjoy making (and eating) homemade bread and pizza! Everything we cook or bake in class is made from scratch…a rare ideal in this day and age of fast food and processed, frozen meals. How wonderful it is to pass on the “survival skills” of cooking and baking to our “tributes”…the next generation to continue the dying tradition of creating healthy, homemade meals for their families.
