Liquid Soy Lecithin is a key ingredient to making Fast Easy Bread in 60 minutes or less. This all natural ingredient improves moisture retention, increases the volume of the bread, and emulsifies the ingredients together.

SAF-Instant® Yeast is a bakers dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) vacuum-packed in foil pouches. Instant yeast derives its name from its ability to rapidly re-hydrate in water or when added directly into dough.

The Recipe Brochure includes our basic homemade bread instructions and 5 additional recipes for pizza, crescent dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, monkey bread and bread braids.

    I love fast easy bread! My daughters had a sleep over and they had so much fun making different things!
    The girls (2 six year olds, 2 ten year olds, 1 twelve year old, and 1 thirteen year old and my 4 year old son) made pigs n a blanket with the roll recipe and Taco Kalouches, then monkey bread! They had so much fun! It was nice seeing them all work together!

    Fast Easy Bread has been an awesome addition to my family’s baking experience. It is so easy, even my 12 year old son can make the bread and cinnamon rolls. Nothing compares to the convenience of having such a delicious addition of fresh baked bread or a full meal ready in just 60 minutes or less. We’ve also experimented with different flours, oats, bran, etc. to make it even more nutritious. It never fails! We can’t wait to try the new rolling pin and Italian seasoning.

It is, just as the name says, FAST and so so EASY…..we make something with this bread all the time! We love all of the recipes and enjoy making it as a family, together! We love the pizza, the cinnamon rolls, the bread bowls, the crazy (garlic) bread, the dessert braids, you name it! They are all fantastic. And nothing beats the taste of homemade bread, except for this this homemade bread….all the same great flavor but fast and easy!!! A must have!!!
